I got tickets for the women's session of general conference from my stake relief society president. My mom, Kam and Mel all wanted to come too. We shopped most the day Saturday and then walked up to the conference center at 5. It was so fun to be there and listen to the messages in person. The general theme I took away from the night was self worth and keeping a general positive attitude through life circumstances. We walked to Tucanos afterward in the pouring rain. We still had lots of fun but took and Uber back to the Seasons after. Lots of laughing and enjoying my break. I was able to get home Sunday morning before church to help Jake. He's such a good sport to let me go do fun things for me and get out of the house.
