All things Summer

Our days in the Summer are usually spent outside with friends, water, Popsicles, eating peas, riding bikes, jumping on the tramp, in the sprinklers, slip n slide, BBQs, wading pool, sunshine all day everyday. Love my days with these two girls.  

 

 

Framing with the Kendal Boys

We went over to Bear Lake to help the Kenal boys frame a family cabin. The boys worked and the mom's and kids played. New friendships were made. Jayli really enjoyed playing with Colton! We had lunch and beach time and even caught a boat ride with the Karren's. Jake is so wonderful to serve and help. I'm grateful for that example he sets for our girls.

 

Downata

We took the girls plus Capri to Downata when Jake got home from work. The older girls love the slide. Kynli likes to snuggle and swim. :) I love these silly girls.

We also camped for one night back in June. 

Tony Grove

We drove up to Tony Grove Lake tonight with the Rowsers. We hiked around the lake. There were so many wild flowers! It was a gorgeous night. We finished the hike right when it started to rain. We drove over to a camp site to make a fire and cook some brats. We had a hard time finding a dry place to make a fire and eat because of all the rain. But this nice man said we could use his camp spot because he wanted to stay with his kids at theirs. How sweet is that?! It stopped raining just as we got out of the car and we had a fun time! Then just as we pulled into our garage the fireworks from Hype Park started.
