East Shore Camp out

We tried a new place in Bear Lake for Memorial weekend. The state park on the East side. We were lucky enough to get a spot because of a cancellation. Once we came into garden city we realized that the lake was really high. I started to get sad thinking we might not have any beach to play on. Normally there is about 200 yards of sand. When we got to our camp site we found about 15 feet of beach and that was all we needed. So we played on the beach all weekend. The water was so smooth and the temperature was perfect. We used the paddle board a lot and the girls loved pretending to be Moana. We attended a sacrament meeting in Paris on Sunday. Later Juck's family came over to our spot to play for a couple hours. Ted surprised us Sunday night with Capri and Cooper. They came over to say hi during dinner. Monday we stayed and played for the day instead of leaving right away. The Chlarsons' came up and spent the afternoon with us. We got home around 7:30. Camping is a lot of work with 3 littles but the we have so much fun. I think the girls will remember these trips. We love bear lake and the girls have so much fun playing on the beach and in the lake. This is such a great spot.
