18 Months

Kynli's personality is so similar to Jayli's. She is so busy and silly. She always running around and playing. 18 months feels like a big milestone. Kynli started going to nursery. Which she is getting used to. It's strange to play without big sis Jayli. Kynli is right on track for everything she's supposed to be doing at this age. She runs, plays, climbs, jumps, dances. She loves to do anything Jayli is doing. She feeds herself with a spoon or fork. She usually out eats Jayli. She doesn't like broccoli or carrots. She likes to dip everything. She likes gold fish and cheese and chicken and hot dogs and juice. She LOVES sugar, or any sweet treat. She drinks with a cup without help. She can communicate really well too. Here are the words she can say: paci, please, more, no, baba, mom, dad, G (Jayli), Nelli, thank you, yes, ball, baby, fishy, bum, poop, hide, shoes, night night, eyes, nose, soft, duck, truck, cheese, bye, Elsa, papa.
Kynli loves animals. She makes the duck, cow, bird, horse and goose sounds. So funny to hear. Kynli does NOT like to watch any movies or shows. She does love to play outside. Especially to swing and jump on the tramp. She like to push climb on the kitchen stools and "help" me while I'm cooking. Kynli likes to help put her dishes away when we're unloading the dishwasher. She can blow her nose when we ask her to blow into a tissue. She loves babies and baby dolls. Lately she gives strangers the stink eye, but warms up quick. She usually throws a fit when we put her in her car seat. Kynli will come tell me when she has a stinky diaper. I think that's a really good sign that potty training will go well. Kynli has very little hair. It's very thin and snarls easily in the back. She loves to brush her teeth or suck on anyone's toothbrush. Kynli loves shoes and wearing them around the house. She loves when dad comes home and to hide. Kynli can go up and down the stairs great on her own. She like to mumble through the prayer like she's saying it too. She's a really good copy cat. She's pretty fearless like Jayli. She'll go down a slide or jump off high things or hang from a rope or bar, or ride her bike down the driveway. Kynli is great about naps and bed time. We ask her if she wants night night and she runs to her room for her paci and blanket and lays down to go right to sleep.
