Jayli grows and amazes us every day. Since her birthday last month Jayli has become more of a little girl rather than and baby. A toddler if you will. I watch her change daily and wish I could keep up with all of the differences. 1 year of age brings lots of new discoveries. Jayli gets to drink whole milk and eats lots of new foods. She absolutely loves scrambled eggs and cheese slices. Loves to get her teeth brushed, which she has 9 of. She is learning how to drink from a cup and hold her herself. She is picking up new words constantly. Jayli says: dada, eat, all done, kick, don't, GO! She tries to whistle, like we do for Nelli. She loves to give kisses... mmmAAA! :) She signs: all done, eat, and more. She nodds her head yes and no. And even says mmhum (yes) She loves cartoons: dispicable me, little mermaid, tangled and of course Einstein! Jayli can understand what we tell her most often. Things like "do you want to go OUTSIDE? Let's get your shoes on" She'll get me her shoes and sit down in front of me. "dada's home!" that's her favorite. "Open the garage" she pushes the button. "kick the ball" she does and says "KICK!" When she sees something she wants like food or drink she goes "MMMMM" haha or she signs eat. Jayli loves being outside, feeding nelli, riding her four wheeler, sliding, dancing, talking and reading books. She just started trying to make the animals sounds like we do.
While Jake was in Alaska, J and I went to Burley to stay with my family for a week. Jayli had the time of her tiny little life! She loved all the attention from....everybody! Grandparents, aunts, cousins, everyone loved Jayli and she showed off big time!
