4 whole years old! We had the funnest weekend planned for our big girl. We tried to fit in all of Jayli's favorite things, including her favorite people... we saw most of them. Saturday morning we had Jayli's new bike set out for her to see a day early. She came into our room when she woke up like always, then a few minutes later Jake told her we had a surprise for her. She said, "yeah that pink bike out there." haha she saw it and didn't even tell us. So I went out to the front room and recorded her coming in to see it... again. She and Kynli were both really excited. Jayli hoped on and wanted to take it outside right away! She knew exactly how to ride it. She went up and down the side walk and has gotten really fast. J rode her bike all morning till we loaded it up for Park City.
First we rode the Alpine slide. I held Kynli and Jake rode with J. We ALL loved it! Such a beautiful day and the lift ride up was so fun with the girls. We met the Simpers at our hotel. Westgate Resort. We swam first and then got dinner after. Then next morning was the big day! Jayli's birthday! As soon as she woke up she wanted to blow out her candles and eat cake, so we let her! We took her to a little kid's club while Jake and I listened to a timeshare opportunity. J made me a necklace and a puppet. Next we got some lunch and went out so she could ride her bike... finally! Becky, Leon and Jentry met us there. We rode the Caberlet. We went back to the room to let the babies take and nap and J opened her presents. She got a ukulele, a pink dress-up, new backpack, helmet, a necklace, and a tool belt. We let her swim at the pool again then went on a big group bike ride in town. We stopped and the park for a bit. We had her favorite dinner, Italian chicken, rice and corn back at the room with everyone. We let her blow out birthday candles again and have more cake. She was super tired so we got to bed right on time. Another big day at the Zoo tomorrow.
