We hitched up ole Ethel and hit the road for a fun weekend in Twin Lakes. We met my family there and our neighbors the Petersons. Tiff and Jaren came up after dinner the first night too!
Jayli just loved camping. She loves being outside constantly so this was her element. Sure she got really REALLY dirty, but I just let it happen. :) We brought
Nelli along. She was such a good dog! We camped right on the lake side so she was always swimming. Loves the water. Jayli threw rocks into the lake and Nelli would chase in after them. We really got to relax and just enjoy. We went to downata Saturday afternoon. It was nice to get clean. Jake took Jayli and I fishing the last morning. She loved the boat but did NOT like the fish. She made the funniest face. We got to wade in the lake since we had a nice sand bar. The little girls loved that. Ethel was awesome. We were able to accommodate our 3 and the Simpers. A little squishy but so much fun. We hope to camp a lot more this Summer!
