July 4th is always an anticipated holiday for us. Its just the best combination of all the things we love. Warm weather, BBQs, friends, fireworks, late nights. We had our annual get together at Riverside to watch the fireworks by the stadium. We got to party with the Karrens, Kamryn, Lowes, Tempests, Simpers and Jake's boss's family. Jayli LOVED the fireworks. She layed on Jake in the same position the entire time! Its like a 20 minute show. I love her chubby little cheeks.
The next morning we headed out to Franklin for the best 4th of July parade in the valley. Jayli goes nuts for parades! She jumps up and down and cheers. And all of the candy is gathered quickly. :) We cooled off at the park afterward with the firehose. Then we met our friends at the hide away for the rest of the day. Jayli got to skip her nap but she was ready for bed when we got home. Kamryn and I ran into town to get chinese for us while we watched fireworks from our driveway. We even made a quick pit stop at the carnival while we waited for our food. We rode 2 rides, just long enough to get a head ache. :) Love being a big sis.
